Can someone please help me. I can neither find nor play the second Winterfest Prestige mission "Grinchlin Assault" I'm rank 6-2 so I should be able to play a Danger Mission. Can someone explain?

If you don't have access to a good 1/4 of the 5* in the game you probably shouldn't be considering that mission honestly. It requires you to be able to construct a very specialized set of gear entirely for it on top of simply mastering it.

Let's see... what specialized gear would you want to construct? The enemies are mostly gremlins and constructs, dealing mostly normal+elemental damage, with a lot of freeze status. The terrain can also slow your movement.
Therefore a gunner would probably equip Nameless or Grizzly Sentinel gear and Umbra/Storm alchemers. A bomber might make good use of a Bombastic Demo suit.
A sworder or a hybrid sword+gunner might consider a custom suit, though. Not everyone has a Vog suit with a Freeze UV, and even fewer might have a Chaos suit with Freeze UV. Perhaps trinkets might help?
it's tier 3 only so you have to be at least rank 7 (or get invited by someone)
