I have 2 accounts. One on Kongregate and this one. Both of them keep getting the above message everytime I try to log on. If it helps somehow, I'm using Ubuntu and I play the game on my browser, did not download the installer.

Help please
I have the same issue and cant seem to find out what the issue is. what was it you did to fix yours? I run mine on windows 7 and I installed the game form steam. If you could help it would be nice lol I need to get back on to do some dungeons.

after reboot
After the reboot I cant log on both on steam and on SK main page. Before that everything is normal.

After today's reboot I can't access my account or even connect as a guest. I was playing until the last 10 minutes before rebooting. Also noticed that the planet image behind the login form its sometimes showing an red error text on top of black background.

...I made this thread last month. There was a flood downtown where I live and it messed with the internet and stuff, the flood left and the problem was fixed.
The current issues with the server did not occur until sometime this week. That is to say, this thread actually has nothing to do with why you guys can't log into the server at the moment
Even I can't log-into the server right now.
Nevermind, I figured out the problem already and it's been fixed.
EDIT: Please pay close attention to the date when this thread was posted. If it's older than a month from your current problem, then there is probably an entirely different reason as to why you're having said problem.
