Do i need to delete all my 4star and up load outs? I know i sound noob, even though I've been playing this game for forever, but still, I've never tried it and maybe its a way to get away from the pay to win idea. It might bring back the "Oh Lockdown can be fun."

Krakob is correct, they only need to be marked for PvE. Saves the effort of deleting and remaking everything.
T2 hasn't existed (aside from the occasional manually set up matches) for a long time. It went the way of T1 and fell off the face of Cradle; I'd love for it to be alive again, though. Would be neat.

in t2 ld, many people are resistant to piercing due to cobalt and wolver armor sets. therefore krakob is correct.

Your correction is doesn't actually correct anything. Although it is correct to say that a lot of people are piercing resistant in T2 LD, it has no correlation with what I said.

T2 LD died due to the Forge
T2 LD died due to the Forge System / Easy-to-get-to-T3 system. Before it was hard getting T3 stuff... Now it's easy. I mean you needed 1600 Energy to become a full T3 player (400 Energy x 4 for weapon, shield, armor, helmet) before, and now you only need 12 Elite Orbs of Alchemy which are rather easy to farm out. Plus you get free Elite Orbs from missions.
Because getting T3 is sooo easy, nobody is left in T2 anymore.
And let's be honest, having a harder time levelling up your equipment is more obnoxious than having a harder time crafting.
You only have to mark them as PvE loadouts. Either way I doubt you'll have much luck finding T2 games.
