Currently, I am stuck on the 4* hall of heroes. For my elemental load out, I got blizzbrand with a charge time uv and silversix( with a fiend uv). Currently, I am creating my shadow loadout, with Faust and the Dark chaingun line. I just wanted to know if theres anything I should change. (I have mighty cobalt helm and dusker coat). I CURRENTLY DONT WANT TO BUY EXTRA WEAPON SLOTS.

I'd forget about upgrading the cobalt helm, get a dusker helm instead or maybe something with shadow defense.

Consider the Acheron line

Consider the Acheron line instead of Faust. Faust is a very niche sort of item. Self-curse is no joke.

And definitely something besides the cobalt helm. Go up the wolver tree or consider a Magic/Elemental/etc hood to cover a broader set of defenses with an eye towards going with the Chaos Cowl once you no longer need those defenses quite so much and need a good stiff dose of offense instead.

why use either?

By "elemental loadout", you mean a loadout of elemental weapons (not elemental armor)? Why would you make such a thing? In almost all areas of the Clockworks, you want two (or three) damage types, so that you are strong against many kinds of monsters.

For more detail, read my detailed sword guide, including the section on Basic Concepts, the section on Mixing Weapon Types, and the section on Armor.

looks ok

Blizzbrand+Dark Chaingun+Wolver coat+Wolver helm+Thorn shield (or maybe owlite). This is a pretty standard, CTR-oriented set. No problems here.

Faust+Silversix+wolver coat+wolver helm+thorn shield (maybe owlite or swifty). This is another pretty standard set, but oriented toward ASI instead of CTR. I'm not as fond of the antigua lines, because you either buy an auto-fire mouse or your finger gets tired from all the clicking. And as Kalistes says, watch out for self-curse. But I think the self-curse only happens on the charge, so if you're mainly ASI-oriented you should be safe.
