What do I do with my Supernova once I get a Wildfire?

I'm getting a Wildfire, so what do I do with my Supernova?
Is there still a use for it, or does the Wildfire make it obsolete for me?
My other guns include:
Blackhawk
Magnus
Raptor
Volt Driver

Is this for PvE or PvP? My comments apply to PvE only.
The point of pulsar-style guns is crowd control, not damage. You can use them to collect monsters together, clear a path through a crowd, etc. Wildfire does some extra damage through fire, affecting different kinds of monsters by differing amounts. Polaris does the same with shock, which also interrupts monsters, but which also cancels knockback sometimes. So there are various small tradeoffs, but basically all of these guns are "knockback bombs at a distance".
Truly my advice is that you should not have more than one pulsar-style gun (unless you're some kind of end-game collector). So, since you already have Supernova, just use that when you want pulsar-style crowd control. Don't get Wildfire at all.

By the way, this is for PvE, as I don't play lockdown.
The Supernova is a great weapon to have when fighting Tortodrones or an unknown enemy
I recommend that every player have at least one set of normal weapons
