I was in the bazaar with a fellow guildie when I tried inspecting him and noticed this perk was in his sprite.

A level 98 sprite should no longer have a 2* perk but that's not all. My friend claimed it was the 5+ 4 star perk, and this is true when I exited out, then inspected him again showing the correct perk.
