This is a visual bug that happens to me in Lockdown. It doesn't happen all the time, but when it does it blurs my screen and my FPS drops even more. This link contains 4 images that all show the same bug. The circles are when a bomb is charging, the shield pattern is a recon's shield radius. It happens with all charges, to the point where I can't see anything because of all the circles. Even my valiance shots will give a slight glitch, but it's shorter and has a smaller impact. Basically recons and charges are the biggest problem.

Any ideas what causes this?
