Unsynchronized Raptor charge bullets

I was messing around with Raptor charges and notice this happening every charge. My wifi can't be that horrible, so it must be something going on at my computer or something built into the game.

Antigua charges are affected by ASI, which Recon gives Gun ASI Med; the animation isn't synchronized to when the bullets are actually firing, therefore you get the bizarre "magic bullet" for the last shot before the animation is completed.
Also, wouldn't this fit more within the Arsenal? Or maybe Bug Reports? As this applies outside of PvP also.
Yep that used to happen with my blackhawk too. I assume you mean the firing of the last projectile.
