Haven is just irritating to constantly see in the same condition everyday for 5 damn years. Just a few months back some events used to have some sort of change, but now everything is the same over and over. What's the point of having an event if there's nothing to showcase it except for an announcement email. Why can't we have a night and a day time just like any other mmorpg since the game doesn't go by normal rts rules.

its still only events, not regular weather
id like to see night haven outside of the dark harvest, and rainy haven outside of a new threat
I agree that we need real weather, and only during events doesnt really count

put the graveyard music to night
for fall we already have the dark harvest theme (if I remember correctly)
rain, possibly the beast theme (since rain is mostly in certain wolver dens, and I dont think a new threat had music there)
snow: winterfest theme/freeze theme

+1 to night haven theme
I'm getting a DS-era Pokémon feel from this thread. Liking it.
A real-time day cycle for Haven would require quite a bit of tinkering, but it would definitely look cool. Maybe have cloud shadows during the daytime, and for nighttime have the theme switch to a lower pitch with less flute? (think something like emberlight's theme).

We've already got environmental effects programmed.
Sure, snow is flagged for Winterfest and dark is flagged for Hallow. We've still got rain and fire. You can give Haven rain once in a while just to change things up.

Shroud of the Apocrea, the Dark Harvest Festival, and many other events have changes. It also looks different in the mission A New Threat, but that's only for the mission...
