Out of curiosity, I would like to know the average amount of Apocrean Sigils that you get per run, and can you do the whole run more than once.

Infinite?
I thought apocrea went on forever, that there is no wall or limit to how far you can go... Am I wrong?

You're talking about the Grasping Plateau. It's not endless. It's a big rectangle. Every time I play the Grasping Plateau, I scan back and forth like a lawnmower and see every part of it.
I'm not sure about the totals, but Fangel's estimate seems reasonable. I would guess 100 sigils per plateau, and 1-3 plateaus per run.

you are wrong
it is a rectangular room, that while big is not infinite.
You will get several of these rooms per run
Are you asking for if you did a 100% thorough run, breaking about every tombstone possible? If so I think it ranges from like, 200-400 sigils.
And yes, you can replay the mission indefinitely.
