Unable to unbound an item , someone know why ?

Hello everyone , i open this topic because a friend have an issue (and maybe a bug) with an item he can't unbound at Vise (he's not comfortable with english so i post for him) , so the item is a Celestial Vortex bomb , we can see one in AH so IMO he should be able to unbound it , also he have more than 4.000CE and the bomb is unequiped when he tried , someone know why he can't ?

Sorry for my english if never it seem strange.

its already unbound

If he paid for the boxes and didn't equip it right after getting it, it should be unbound so its pointless trying to unbind it and I have a friend who really wants one. PM Geo-Senpai

Infact it was already bound

Infact it was already bound when he open the box.

(also he want gift me the bomb cuz its a good friend and i'm bomber since 2011 ^^)
