Quick question. If you buy the Voltedge Recipe using 150 Krogmo Coins and unblind it, can I sell it at the Auction House? Is it possible?

Unbinding recipes
No, you can't unbind and sell it.
Unfortunately, Voltedge Recipe, like all lockdown recipes can't be bought, you have to play lockdown and earn 150 Krogmo Coins to get it. I have a lot of Ancient Pages I can give you the materials you need and I assume you want a Kat Tribe Fetish, right? I can sell you a Black Kat Hood as well. For making 4* though, you need wicked whiskers which are acquired bound. I'll log on on Wednesday if you're interested.
