At the moment there's a slight, highly situational advantage Mad Bomber has over Chaos if curse is involved.
This is clearly an oversight that needs to be corrected, so Mad Bomber should get that curse penalty as well.

If fuse time reduction isn't added in the game as a new stat or asi redo on bombs, I van see mad bomber getting an extra damage low per piece as being extremely balanced for what it's supposed to do. It's a slight buff, but this extra damage med can be enough so people will have to think twice on whether they actually need a sidearm in a bombing set and would make many bombers pick mad bomber over chaos in most situations, right now I'm not a bomber, I quit bombing some time ago, but of mad bomber got a buff I'm sure to return to pure bombing in PvE.
