Seraphynx is at lvl 74 and ready to lvl up using Divine orb but Divine orbs in inventory couldn't be selected no matter how i click and drag it to the feeding interface?? Restarted laptop and it didn't fix it still.

It's probably because you can't equip 5-star gear yet. Battle Sprite becomes a 5-star item at level 75, so the game stops you from upgrading it any further for now. Continue with missions until you reach rank 8 (Defender Elite) then you should be able to continue levelling your sprite up.
