Question about CTR VH Haze Bomb

I got a Shivermist Buster Bomb with a CTR Low UV and already Heat 10, its current stat is CTR High and i was thinking of getting a better UV Shivermist
After looking at the market price of a CTR Very High Haze Bomb, it costs 12k CE as buyout and i was wondering...
If i should buy one for 12kCE or craft myself my own bomb by spending 12kCE to craft it+cost of its mats and with sum luck of sorts
So, 2 main questions to ask
1) Either i get a CTR High Haze bomb so it's 5* variant would be CTR Medium+Medium = Very High?
Or should i just continue with a CTR Very High +Medium = Ultra?
(I'm not sure how the CTR stacks so correct me if i am wrong)
2) Should i just buy a CTR VH Haze Bomb for 12k instead of crafting it?
I can afford the crafting and energy costs so it's okay either way, just hoping to get a good answer on what to do

Yea, i was thinking i could just buy and save myself the chore of buying the mats and etc, but crafting is kinda fun, in a minecraft-esque way
Ah well, i still got a week before my paycheck, so i still got time to decide i guess

Yes, it goes Low, Medium, High, Very High, Ultra, Maximum for weapons.
Well first off, you can't simply decide to craft 12k CE worth of haze bombs in a day; the AH just doesn't have that many materials for a reasonable price. Second, UVs are random, so it's entirely luck based whether you'd even get one crafting 12k CE worth of haze bombs. You could get one on your first 10 crafts, or you could blow the whole 12k and never get anything useful at all. At the moment I've crafted roughly 900 haze bombs over the past month and haven't gotten a VH CTR, so 1200 is by no means a guarantee.
If you want to be fast and safe, just buy one from another player. If you don't mind taking a month or so and relying on a bit of luck to get it cheaper, try to craft one.
