Really?
One: Questions regarding equipment are usually posted in the Arsenal.
Two: The wiki information states that projectile speed increases with each star level.
Three: Attack speed only increases the animation speed, NOT projectile speed.
Four: In the YouTube description, it's stated "He had no bonus speed for guns equipment".
I mean...at least TRY to figure out SOME things on your own...this is just really depressing.

And to whom might you be talking? I posted another video of a blaster with an actual IAS: Low, the first one with the way too fast projectiles is without any IAS. So what did you figure out of this? This is really depressing if you keep everything to yourself and just try to be alpha&omega without telling anything specific about it and just arguing in a roundabout way.

Video title is "Spiral Knights Strange Blaster Speed ", we are talking about the guy who gets revived and uses the Blaster, pay attention.
I'll be straightforward now - i think that the guy is using some speedhack for his blaster.

That looks like a Master
That looks like a Master Blaster to me in that horrible Fraps video, which is a 4-star gun.
EDIT: They changed the colours of the Master Blaster since the last time I saw one.
That's a super blaster.
PS: It would help if you put somewhere in the video to watch the guy getting revived.

The last time I saw somebody
The last time I saw somebody use a Blaster, the 2 and 3-star versions were just a recolour of the proto gun.
Stuff keeps changing without me noticing.
That is pretty suspicious now that I have looked at it properly.
You should probably delete this thread (blank it and move it to the graveyard) and submit a proper report, because these kinds of things are against the rules.
Both the thread and the hacking.
Guns can have UV increased attack speed on them as well; it doesn't just come on armor. Different guns also have different base attack speeds.
