1. Bomb Charge Reduction 2.

1. Bomb Charge Reduction
2. Sword Anything(Based on needs, I personally use 2 +CTR and own 2 +Damage)
3. Gun Damage
4. Everything else

Of course this is just me and my playstyle. I rock with 3 swords and 1 bomb. It all depends on your gear and playstyle.

If you have 1 sword and 1 gun, well what are they? If the gun is better then go +DMG gun, if the sword is better, go with what your gear doesnt have, aka full Vog go with +DMG, full skolver go with +SPD, or if you're me and have Vog and Dark Thorn Shield and UV+ damage and speed on your swords go with CTR.

I personally use BOMB CTR 5*

I personally use BOMB CTR 5* + PISTOL DMG 5*.
Swords already deal a cr*pload of damage.

One level of increase is

One level of increase is +6.5%. So, one med module for damage is +13% and two is +26%. That means, an enemy who drops with 4-5 hits will drop one hit earlier with full mods on for sure. Also, it might be that some damage of the last hit is wasted, so the module can take it over the limit and reduce the needed hits by 2 even if it is not the max module.

Example:
Monster health is 500
You have a weapon dealing 100 (no mods)
You need 5 hits.

Two medium damage mods, you deal 126.
You need 4 hits.

Monster health is 410.
You only need 3 damage more per hit to reduce hits to 4.
That is enough with one low mod.

Nobody really knows the monster health, so you have to test it.

@Noob_Trainer IMO Fencing

@Noob_Trainer

IMO Fencing Jacket (Sword Damage Low) & Cyclops Cap (Gun Damage Low) are both well worth the 150cr each. Cheapest damage bonus you could ever buy & will serve fine for Tier1 until the player saves up enough cr for 2* gear.

They are not by any means needed to make it to haven, but I think they are the only things worth buying at the rescue camp. Sub 2* (as well as dead end 2*) gear is mostly just worthless.

Not to mention those two

Not to mention those two armors look sexy together... :D

Ahem...

Anyway, Trueshot Module and Elite version = best item for gunslingers ever. Don't even think of making your 5* armor before you have one. :D

personally i use 2x Damage so

personally i use 2x Damage
so i end up with damage max, asi max (all weapons cept DA are medium ASI) from 2x vog, and then DA has High CTR (ultra once level 10)

I am starting to appreciate CTR a bit more, but i love the high damage numbers.

BTW: ASI affects charge attack speeds.

care to explain that please?

care to explain that please? CTR makes you charge faster, ASi, what does it make? the execution animation takes less time? more hits during your execution? takes shorter to bring your shield up after the animation?

sword ASI above all else, then sword CTR

I've gotten really like my fire bomb and then complement with ascended calibur. An to be honest, i've started to rely ALOT on my fire bomb, but I would still take the sword asi/ctr over the bomb sutff.

I've noticed that while I use the bomb, is not really threatened or in danger, but when I am able to use to to cause danger to everything around me. However, once the sword comes out, there is real need to finish off attacks quick as i'm in close range to monsters and i'm dodging left and right. This is where ASI comes in. The faster you are with your sword, the less chance you have of getting hit. But I am only running a vog coat, so i guess if you're running in dual vog, that might be enough.

But then the charge is my other big thing. Again, when i'm charging sword is usually because i'll be fighting at close range. And for calibur users, if you're in a corner or simply surrounded, your charge attack is literally a life saver. So, if it's being used offensively or defensively, the charge attack comes next. Of course, if you're using a different sword, you might not consider your charge all that important (cough *gran faust* cough).

As for us "fire haze" bomb users, it is really an offensive weapon so we're usually "safe" if we're using it.

I'm hoping the ASI trinkets

I'm hoping the ASI trinkets will let a lot of players move away from dependence on the Vog set. A more rounded defense is now possible while still maintaining a very good attack speed.
