Not sure about the first. One the second one if you are referring to the "becoming hoarse" text, that is from spamming the in game commands used on the number pad, i.e fall back, attack, found something etc. It will stop doing that if you allow more time between using them.

The image icon constantly
The image icon constantly bugs out for me.
Works fine for the first few stages of a run, but then bugs out.
As for the first one, no idea.
