Well, i went searching around haven for something that evryone could possibly hav missed, when i saw a working fan INSIDE the fountain in front of the auction house. i wondr if that could be the secret? cuz i dnt think there are supposed to be fans blowing air... in a pool of water lol
Lots of people have seen that, and that's just to circulate water; no one wants a fountain filled with snipe poop.
