You cant get Ultra, on defensive items. All other UV ranks are craftable

trab is right

you can only get very high on weapons. not armor,helmets or shields

A) Look for some.
B) Look for pics.

Edit-Just searched for H wolver stuff like shadow, way too many threads with certain keywords.

Edit 2-Funny... I could bet my Red Rose chap I crafted one not that long ago... If only my stupid pictures would upload.
