EDIT: My problem here was, the numbers when "patching" the game moved extreeeeeemely slowly. Like, 1% every 20-30mins. (I left it running for over 20 hours but it still wasn't going).
It wouldn't solve, even when inistalling and redowloading the game from steam.
I restarted my computer, and it started to work fine, if any of you are having this problem. C:
Apologies for not thinking of restarting before spamming up the help topic... though I guess this can be left here as reference for anyone else who might be having the same problem.
