This is not a glitch, but a miss type.
Striker
Special Ability: Striker Dash
* Activating this ability allows you to sprint for a short period of time
Bonuses:
* Sword Attack Speed Increase: Medium
* Sword Damage Bonus: Medium
Penalty:
* Bomb Charge Time Increase: Very High
* Health Penalty: -3
Everything here is fine except one.

It is technically and grammatically correct.
Strikers have the penalty of longer charge times on bombs. This bonus on Bombs is backwards, in a way; if a positive bonus on bombs is a Charge Time Reduction, or decrease, then the opposite would be a Charge Time Increase.
