i dont know the reason why, but when i try to play the game, nothing shows up, not even an error message or a black screen. I have java and everything.
my specs:
i3 3.10 ghz
4 gb ram
hd4670 512mb
os: windows 7 ultimate N
cant even start the game

Is Steam even giving you the "Preparing to launch game" splash window? If it isn't, something odd is going on with the Steam client.
If your steam status shows you going into the game, then dropping out right after, then its running into a problem. Launch the game through this link and see what it does. http://www.spiralknights.com/play.xhtml
The Steam version of the client packages its own JavaVM, so its hard to get information out of it if Steam splash is suppressing error messages. The link I gave you goes to the web launcher, which is basically all the same files except it uses your system java, and can give you more feedback if it hits an error.

it said "launching - 100% complete" for like 20 mins without popping up any message.

How are you trying to launch the game? And did you have it working before?
