I'm wondering if there is some kind of extra requirement when crafting, because I have all the ingredients for my HOS, but it's not letting me craft it. Is there some kind of level requirement for you or something? My Owlite Shield is level 10 so I don't see a problem there. The one thing that could stop me is energy. I'm not full on ME, but I have 218 CE... soooo I'm confused.

Seconding Vescrit's post, if the Owlite Shield doesn't show up on the craft window when you press for the Horned Owlite Shield, then unequip it before trying again.
If that fails, I would say send a support request through the F1 key.
