Leave your offers on forums, so that interested buyers will roughly know what people are offering for it.
There are a couple of sellers selling tetra-heart for 30k-35k ce, but I would say it's a good offer on the table if you received 75-100k ce for the sword. There isn't any Larvena in this game anymore.
To be honest, I don't think you can put a price on it since I don't think there's ever been one for sale. (The highest I've seen is VH ASI + H CTR). I'm pretty sure though, that someone will make an offer well over 100k and it will probably be someone that wants to be anonymous (or very public) about it.

Guys, I just got offered a Divine Avenger CTR Very High plus Vog Cub Set Max Shadow for it.
Unfortunately the person that had it rage-quit (Punch) before they did anything with it. I'm not sure if they passed it along to someone else or held onto it, so I can't give you a price.
If you're intent on selling it, I would suggest making a new thread and starting an auction with no buyout price, starting at 65k CE as Giannii suggested.

I would keep it if I were you, and just use it to start owning in t2 pvp and later t3 pvp :D
I would also keep it, because
1. I like having my own rare stuff
2. I use Divine Avenger and Gran Faust exclusively anyway.
3. I'd want a better DA/GF down the line, and that's pretty much as good as it gets. I would never be able to afford that sword unless I made it myself.
If you're going to sell it, sell it for a lot or trade it for an equivalent god-like item of your fancy.
I know you already said you want an insane offer; Stick with that mentality.
It better be insane to make you give that thing up.

Okay, just got a very good deal in-game. 120,000 CE + Black Rose Set + Cool Wolver Tail. Will sell it by the end of this weekend if no better offer comes.

@Veroldin: Not really interested in that shield, though if you have a double normal/shadow on Crest of Almire, I might consider that as part of the trade. But as of now the above in-game offer is by far the best.

i won't believe it until i see it. Clearly its not impossible, but would have to see proof before i believe such a thing actually has been crafted/rolled.
My stand is this: If you do not believe such an item exist, then do not bid for it. Veroldin, I do not need you to beat the C/O, I'm sure there are others who can do so.
The person who made the in-game offer clearly stated that he does not want his identity to be revealed, hence I will respect his decision. The fact that people make in-game offers is because they prefer to remain private.
