Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im having trouble loggin in since the christmas update but when i launched SK( succesfull in downloading ,patching,validating) and logged in first it went to the char selection menu but when i clicked my char. it disconnected afterwards.

i tried using the different regions

(IP,US west, EU east)
but the same still happened !!!!!!!

my internet connection is okay....ive been playing for 2 months now and my pc meets all requirements and i live at Phillipines.

hope for a reply ASAP

which login method are you

which login method are you using? (steam,SK,facebook)

it doesnt look like a login

it doesnt look like a login problem since you can get to the character selection screen. Try reinstalling the game.
