I'm pretty sure I've seen those by now, but since I just run through them with no regards as to what they do, I might be mistaken on that account. I hate those things, bloody menaces. >:

Either way, you don't get any reward for killing drones :(
Well you still get hearts and vitapods for killing them, if you ever want/have to.
The only thing that'll kill Golden versions of whatever you're talking about is the Great Format.
I wonder if the golden drones are immune to the Banstick's charge attack...
I've never seen a heart or vitapod drop from them.
I've seen hearts.
But no vitapod yet.
So that's what they look like...and here I thought what I found a month ago were the Golden drones...:( I guess the Shankles I found were just the normal piercing variety...
They're pretty rare. :( (Or at least from my experience they're very rare drops.) I would really only kill them if they truly are giving you problems, or if you really needed more health.
With a crowbar, anything is possible. Just ask Gordon Freeman! =D
Only ever seen a vitapod drop was, was all like "wahh----", hearts drop from them about as much as you see hearts drop from regular mobs really, you just notice it less becasue you typically only kill one drone in every thousand you see.
Altough with the new health redux they got (<3) I always take a whack at them if i'm near them when they pop their head up; just becasue they're always more useful dead!
Cool pics! I almost forgot the golden versions existed. I haven't been doing enough non-boss levels since my elevator pass ran out. (OOO y u no bring back the elevator pass as a separate item)
