Ok here's my problem, on the Log In Screen I cannot log in through my account because it's been converted to Steam and keeps saying to "Select Use Steam Account To Log On." I can't because the only thing I'm able to select is "Log In As Guest." So now there's no way I'm able to play with this problem. If anyone can help me with this problem, please do.
Can't log on Steam on Spiral Knights.

I can't I can only click the Login as Guest Button. The Login With Steam Button is gone and usually I get an automatic Log In with Steam.

Same problem here as well, it seemed to have start after the last update. There's simply no option on the Log in screen to use Steam to connect to the game.

Normally, restarting Steam will make the automatic log on appear again after an update.
