dude...this is not a good plan.
u would have to give the striker, they would have to heat it to level 5, craft it, you pay unbind fee (1600CE), pay crafting fee (400CE), and hope they don't scam u while it all goes down. not to mention pay them for the time and work they had to do while heating it
just find the recipe from basil...way cheaper.
it won't work how you'd like. If they craft it, it'll be bound to them, and it costs 1800 ce to unbind since it'll be a 4* weapon. You'll have to buy the recipe yourself from the AH and craft it yourself. Or you might be lucky and find one on the AH already unbound but it'll be more expensive.
