A friend of mine, basically every time she plays, finds that she cannot move. So far, this problem has occurred in Haven, the guild hall and in lobbies (both T1 and T2). She can talk, but she cannot move, and her character is standing there, weapons sheathed. Other times she can move, but either can't see us, or doesn't see us move, and cannot interact with us (the rest of the party was on the lift, she said she was, but we couldn't observe it)

Usually her jumping up and down by way of invite between Haven and the lobby solves it eventually, but I'd appreciate it if someone would look into it for us.

Your friend should use ingame

Your friend should use ingame support portal or link from this forum/wiki and send mail to support directly. Its best way to get into contact with staff and get help.

Also your friend should send mail to support@spiralknights.com

Including of course all important details like IGN (ingame name), internet speed, maybe location (if its US or EU since we have diffrent servers). Also PC specification.
