I really want to support Spiral Knights but I've been waiting for an interesting promotion. I didn't care for the Regalia sets or snipe hats. I was looking forward to dragon wings but the RNG makes me not want to risk it, I don't even want shadow I want divine. I think you should add an additional option each time you do a random promotion like this. How about a $20 package where I get a limited time bind on pick up token that would let me go to a special vendor and buy a bound on purchase version of the wings I want?

As an alternative to trying your luck on the wings you could:
1) Buy a CE package
2) Wait for a week for the dragon wings market to stabilize
3) Buy the wing from player using CE or from auction house using converted crowns.

Check out the AH for the type
Check out the AH for the type of wings you want. If they are similar priced to most of the other wings, then anything you get can be traded for them with just a tiny bit of effort. If you get shadow wings, then it'll be a major profit.
