For those that are interested the Warmaster Rocket Hammer damage numbers are now up. The 2nd hit for T2 seems to be broken, so they will probably change at a future date.

I'm pretty sure Strata 1-2 is
I'm pretty sure Strata 1-2 is T1 (before/after basil) 3-4 is T2 and 5-6 is T3. I'm guessing we can just assume that these are the numbers for the 3 tiers instead of the Stratum it's under.

I assume the damage values
I assume the damage values are what you were talking about when you said broken here.
The reason you get such low damage on the 2nd hit is because the dash can hit up to 3 times on one target, try it on a turret or lumber/trojan, kinda hard to get the full # of hits on an enemy susceptible to knockback.

The numbers for 2nd hit and the charge are for a single hit, not 2 and 3 respectively. Just the 2nd hits' against Fiend/Slime seems broken for Tier 2, everything else scales appropriately.
