So Basically this morning I bought 9.95 worth of energy this morning and the promo wasn't there. It must have started literally a few hours later. Is there any chance I could get wings? Seriously, of all the awful luck I've had lately this is has probably got me the most frustrated.

Some companies offer a 30-day price match, others don't. I do not know what OOO's policy is, but I wouldn't hold it against them if they didn't give you the wings. Either way, do as Ironskullkid says. Support request + graveyard this.
