I think the wiki is part of what makes Spiral Knights so great.

The wiki has nearly everything you could ever need to know about Spiral Knights, and more.
And it is completely updated and maintained by the community. Very few mmos an actually say
1) They have a wiki filled with diligent wiki editors.
2) Have such an outstanding community.

I don't think enough people give props to the wiki editors.

The editing community makes the wiki awesome. I just occasionally throw in an opinion and hit the delete button on things we don't need anymore.
