There should be on the home page an icon to write down a players name and search them up!You can send them messages or a friend request because the only way to send a fr is to be in the same server which isalmost impossible!
Vote so they can make its a pain to try to go to the same server!

I think by server he means instance, aka Haven. I hear too many people making the same mistake.
In which case, Rommil's post should solve his problem.
if you go to your friend's section, choose "add friend" you can add any friendly friend who you would ever want to friend.
