Bombastic Demo + 2 Elite Bomb Focus Modules: CTR maximum, DMG very high; elemental/normal defense and freeze resist

Mad Bomber + Elite Boom Module and Penta-Heart Pendant: CTR maximum, DMG maximum; elemental/normal defense, 6 extra health, and weaknesses to all four "major" status effects

In your opinion, which set is a more worthy investment for a beginning bomber?

IMO,volcanic demo is the way

IMO,volcanic demo is the way to go;just because I feel fire hurts more than freeze.Mad bomber gives good bonuses,but the risk one needs to take seems too high to me.
