I haven't recieved my crystal energy

Considering the fact that this is the only place I can actually say anything since the Billing Support isn't working.

Today I bought with 12.40 euros 3k crystal energy through SMS. I bought before and it all went swell but this time the popup didn't change, it kept telling me to send to the given number "PAY".

What am I supposed to do now? Wait? Because I hope I didn't waste the money for nothing.

Both of you should also contact whatever thrid-party service you used to buy said energy.
There's a chance the problem isnt on OOO's end.
