Obviously, it's an April Fools' Day joke, though it's conceivable that they were writing material for it long ahead of time. It's easier to come up with good jokes over the course of a few months than if you decide slightly after midnight that you want to have a joke forum that day. If they planned the joke far enough ahead of time, they could have posted random stuff as they thought of it.
I think it's more likely that they changed the date on "old" posts, though. If the fake forum leaks in February somehow, it could look bad, and some people might not accept that it was really just an April Fools' Day joke that you were preparing.
