After logging on through Steam, I selected my knight and says "Entering Ready Room". I have been waiting for 20 minutes and all I see is my selected character walking in place on the Character Select Screen. Can't play this game anymore with this problem in the way.

And when I was doing something else while waiting for the ready room to start, I get disconnected from the server.
I really want to play, I'm bored. Please someone help.
Try mailing support directly. They tend to answer faster that way.

Same problem over here. I had someone else log into their account on my computer, and it worked for her. Go back to mine, and I'm stuck waiting for the ready room. Exact thing the op is experiencing.
Really? So other people can log in with no problem in your computer. I can't log on to any other accounts through my computer. Even tried logging through my account through my brother's computer and still have the same problem, so my problem is a bit different.
Try reinstalling the game?
