Your reason for asking makes no sense.
Yes, you can trade weapons. But take a look at the wiki and the unbind page, along with the crafting page.
In essence, you'll be told equipped weapons are bound and requires a fee to unbind to make tradeable. Crafting using bound weapons will result in a bound piece.
