Just now.. the game say I got UV Normal Defence Max! But after check the bar... The reality is.. It doesn't max at all. T^T

UV max means that you got the maximum boost out of it. It doesnt fill your bar. You also still need to heat it to get the most out of it.

Dumbed down explaination:
You got a normal defense BONUS
This BONUS could have been in low,medium, high, etc.
Max means you got the biggets BONUS possbile.
The bar has nothing to do with it.

Well that's Normal. Everytime you Upgrade it, the Bar will get Noticeably bigger.
