Umm. . . not very good?
You only use the charge on Vana. ASI VH does reduce the amount of time needed to finish shooting, but the difference isn't great.
That UV is really more useful against normal enemies. And it's a good one in its way--but it's no CTR VH, that's for sure. 6k CE is about right.
