pretty sure you can lock one and roll for "2" trying to result in obtaining the locked one + one more one thats desireable. Otherwise it would seem horribly broken if you could just do them one at a time for all 3.

The system seems to be from what I read a way to get 3 desireable ones without having to do it all on the same roll.
