Slag walkers pushed outside the gate on d24

I've seen this a few times:

I ran up to destroy the machines, then went back to see 1 or 2 slags somehow stranded outside the gates.

Also happens a lot in D27

Also happens a lot in D27 when slags are pushed out of the path. They usually appear below you in inaccesible area or they float in air.

Why OOO didnt fixed it yet? A mystery.
