Results: I think its going good so far.

There's a short time before I got lagged out.

Hello. I'm Torch on the test server.

Now, after a fair bit of testing, we've found two situations where the RAM usage spikes up and lag starts appearing.

Playing the game in Clockworks normally.
And browsing the Supply Depot.

This would suggest, but not actually prove, that it might be something relating to items, possibly the icons. The items from monsters and the items on Supply Depot would both trigger the same problem and thus cause this issue.

After conducting several tests on the server, there were several problems that caused the ram to Spike.
One of the problems, was talking with Npc's. After talking to each one of the NPC'S, the Ram got significantly higher each time kept building. On my MacBook, I managed to reach a maximum of 840MB of ram.
Lockdown was the second problem spiking and lagging.

All weapons were normal. Charges made no effect. Clockworks seemed fine.

I was asked to explore the Clockworks for an Arena. While I did not find an arena, I tried playing with low, medium, and high settings. The results were that the game bogged down barely as quality improved, yet nothing in terms of lag appeared. So the Clockworks had no lag issues at all.

Torch, post-patch report

Post-latest-patch the problems seem resolved. I was able to complete a full T1 run (where I would crash in terminal before) and browse supply depot for several minutes without lag.

If the frame rate issue is

If the frame rate issue is fixed, please roll it out even if you can't squish the other bugs in time.

The current client can only play for approximately 2 levels before short hangups start creeping in. It would then soon develop into a regular hangup every few seconds, making it impossible to play.
