Game installation stuck on 70%

im re installing spiral knights, ive done this before, and faced no problems, but for all of a sudden the load stays at 70% for ever, i tried restarting my computer, but that didn't work. plz help me

game downloading gets stuck on ether 4%,70%,73%,6% or 0%. I've tried re-installing it and it still wont work.My pc has over the requirements needed to play sk.I will do anything to play sk again,PLEAS HELP ME! :(
