While running the depth 10 mission of the Ruby Phantom Gate (Wolver Den - High Voltail), I came across an energy cube that had spawned inside a bush. It still interacted and destroyed stuff as expected. Although, this has to be the first time I've seen it happen in two weeks, so it can't be all that common.
