I just today Transmuted a Toxic Needle: and the transmution stayed on the animation screen and it never transmuted but it took my CE and Cr:((((( I'm very sad please help!!!!!!

The server was acting up
The server was acting up around the time of this post. I couldn't log on, and someone else briefly posted that trade, ce trade and all sorts of things were strange. You probably crafted items at that time.

And then...
On another odd note, a friend got stuck on an elevator going from D24 to D25 in FSC for a few minutes but it did eventually go down after he waited. I suspect that you would've gotten the weapon if you had just waited a few minutes(or hours) but it's crappy either way.
Did you send in a support request? I think that might be more effective but I'm not sure. A bug report is always good though.

I did a bug report and Request: i DID get my weapon but the thing is since it froze and i never got my weapon the first time it took my CE and Cr: i tried again and it took more CE and Cr but still no results. So after 45mins i got the weapon but im down CE and Cr for TWO attempts:/

I did the same thing where i
I did the same thing where i tried again and got my item, but it still did cost me 2 times as much CE as it should have :\
The exact same thing just happened to me. I was upgrading from gunslinger sash to sunset duster and it took my money, materials and energy and then it just stayed on the transmuting screen (the one w/ the swirly circle that appears for about 2 seconds normally and then ur item pops up) and i waited about 30 seconds and nothing happened so i pressed escape. My gunslinger sash remained in my inventory and i exited the game and steam and reloaded. my money and items were back but my energy was still gone. it stole 400 CE D:
