When I try to open the game I get the "Preparing to launch Spiral Knights" popup, and then the screen flashes black for about five seconds before I just get a super zoomed-in version of my desktop. Spiral Knights isn't in the task bar, and when I try to close it in the task manager it isn't there. I have to reboot my computer in order to fix my screen.
Why is this happening?
It happens because it's Steam (like as always, I have experience), if you use a website account your problems will be 0.

Also I ONLY have a steam account and I'm REALLY not in the mood to restart with a completely new character.

Don't know why I didn't try that in the first place, but thanks anyway.
Now I can't even start the game. It just says "This game is currently unavailable" every single time I try to launch it.
