Start in "Any lobby"

So why not allow the choice of "Start in any lobby" instead of in a specific gate?

Someone might want to join a party, preferably one starting up, and which gate doesn't matter. So, from Moorcroft, join any depth 8 party lobby that people are starting up a party in.

"Equally", why not allow people to start in the halfway lobbies as easily as in the starting lobby? Yes, there are some reasons not too -- it makes it easier to get to the next town. No different than joining a group partway there already. And joining at the crossroads seems far more logical than joining in the middle of a level.

So, I guess the suggestion is: Allow people the choice of:

Join any party lobby (recommended equipment: 0, 2, 4)
Join any crossroads (recommended equipment: 1, 3, 5)

Being able to quick join any

Being able to quick join any gate would be a good idea. Right now you can check the population of each gate, but you still can't tell how many actually groups are there. I imagine they'll be improving this later on.

i agree with you curtain

This idea really sounded good at my ears/eyes. Also, it would make less probable that people get in the middle of a level, in a danger situation (actually, not probable at all). Just adding one more thing: if the party is open for new players, then a small timer of, more or less, 10 seconds, begin to roll, that halts anyone to go to the next level. why? because, this way, you can more easilly join groups. if someone don't want joining people, then he only closes the party (also, this option could be at the party formation, right away: you select drop distribuition, max number, if is friend only, and if it will begin closed or no). One more thing: this system would be usefull if you want to join an any party, but if you have a friend at a party, the system woould continue the same as now (because, c'mom, you can just ask where he is, and if it will compensate entering now or later...

A finished system is a dead system

Yes, I'd love a way to find any party available, without having to manually check each gate separately.

Equally important: even if a party icon shows up, at the moment, it's not really clear whether we will be able to join. I would like a way to ONLY join a gate IF a party is available and in progress. At present, unchecking "solo" and "party lobby" often results in me being alone, and in a party lobby. That's rather counterintuitive.
